How Jeepers Social Scaled and Energised Its Off-Road Social Community with Bookezy.

Jeepers Edition, known for selling Jeeps and offering theirunique Stage 1, Stage 2, and Stage 3 aftermarket builds, had been organisingdesert drives in the UAE through their Jeepers Social community on WhatsApp.While they built a passionate social community, coordinating safe, skill-baseddrives became increasingly challenging, especially during COVID-19 when travelrestrictions drove a surge in interest for local events. The reliance onWhatsApp, with its inherent limitations, restricted the ability to organisedrives efficiently, manage growth, and match drivers to drives by skill level.

In partnership with The Gamifier Group (TGG), JeepersEdition transitioned from WhatsApp to a custom-built platform and admin webportal, Bookezy, developed by TGG. The new system enabled Jeepers Socialleaders and Marshals to create and manage drives, events, and communityinteractions based on driver skill level, from beginner to expert. Marshalscould now organise drives with ease, ensuring safety while maximising enjoymentfor all participants.

At the heart of the platform was an intelligent bookingsystem customised to the needs of the Jeepers community. It combined locationmapping, marshal profiles, event information, and driver-specific guidance tostreamline planning and elevate the experience for every participant.

The shift from WhatsApp to Bookezy led to more than 200%growth in community members within the first year, followed by another 100%increase in the years that followed. Marshals gained the ability to run up tosix drives per weekend, a significant improvement from the one or two theypreviously managed. The new platform enhanced operational efficiency, improvedsafety standards, and elevated participant satisfaction.

The partnership with The Gamifier Group transformed JeepersEdition’s approach to community engagement. The Bookezy platform empoweredJeepers Edition to scale its drives, deliver a more consistent and personalisedexperience, and foster a thriving off-road community across the UAE.
